Mervyn Raphael is the Managing Director of People Business. Over a 31-year career, Mervyn worked with Hindustan Unilever, AT&T and Mercer Consulting as their founder & Managing Director.
Mervyn has extensively coached executives at senior level for the last 15 years at companies like RPG, Manappuram, L&T, Manipal Group, United Breweries, Accenture, UTC Technologies, RBS, PWC Tech, Credit Suisse, HDFC Bank, British Gas, Genpact, Piramal Enterprises, GSK, Novartis and various more.
