Mervyn Raphael is the Managing Director of People Business. Over a 31-year career, Mervyn worked with Hindustan Unilever, AT&T and Mercer Consulting as their founder & Managing Director.
Mervyn has extensively coached executives at senior level for the last 15 years at companies like RPG, Manappuram, L&T, Manipal Group, United Breweries, Accenture, UTC Technologies, RBS, PWC Tech, Credit Suisse, HDFC Bank, British Gas, Genpact, Piramal Enterprises, GSK, Novartis and various more. Mervyn is an experienced Coach for several Organizations in India and Overseas. He also conducts coaching and Mentoring workshops over a long term basis for companies.
